Friendly honest service up front and very transparent about what was done and why it cost what it did
Never consistent on what the tech says. Red River Ford has since reached out and is taking care of the problems. Thanks to all the guys at the ford house from service all the way up. It means a lot to us little guys who are just trying to make it one day at a time when you actually care and want to help right a wrong. If it's not right they will try to fix it!!!
Back on January 2nd/3rd of this year, I had my father replace my brakes on my 2004 Honda accord. However, the back brakes were drum brakes, and they needed to be bled, which was something he could not do on his own. So, I took my car to Quick Lane to have them see if my father was correct (my brakes just needed to be bled) or if there was an issue with the master cylinder (which we knew was most likely not the problem). I appreciate the guys behind the counter who were professional and curtious, but the teenagers you have actually working on the floor are something special. I just needed my battery tested. When the kid pulled my car in, he didn't release the hood latch before he tried opening the hood, and I thought "wow, this is a great start, maybe I shouldn't watch them and make them nervous."
