Never consistent on what the tech says.
They suck I have no clue of how they got 4 stars I have been here since 8am for a front end alignment and they tell me that the guy got tired of working on it because he couldn’t figure it out so it’s now 4pm and they just now got it back on the rack they didn’t fix my frontend and charged me over 200 dollars for nothing I will not ever go back
Fast and efficient. Pointed out things that needed attention. Friendly staff both inside and out in service area.
Edit: After speaking with the manager, I ended up going back here because honestly, I've not been able to find another service I could trust more. I waited a few visits before updating my review on purpose to see how everything felt since. So far everything has been good, and I do appreciate knowing the manager is willing to listen and hopefully fix any issues that might come up in the future. Service has always been fine as far as friendliness and wait time. A few years back, they told me my tires badly needed replaced. The... read more
Normally I would not edit a review to 5 stars. They definitely went out of their way to give five star service after an issue. Thank you Rick. I hope things continue to improve at this location.
