John went ABOVE AND BEYOND! This customer service is top notch! I can’t thank them enough for ensuring my car (after blowing TWO tires) got back on the road safely and timely. As a young woman traveling alone, I really was so relieved when they answered the phone BEFORE THEY EVEN OPENED and started assisting me. So so so thankful!!
Just Wow! This place actually cares and is honest. This is my first time ever leaving a review. I’m driving cross country when my car capped out at 40mph on the interstate and would hardly accelerate (I drive a Kia). In a panic I took it to the nearest auto shop and had the good fortune of meeting John. This place swiftly took me in, and looked at my car. John gave me sage advice, patiently fielded ALL of my questions, and got me back on the road. I couldn’t be more grateful.
I called the number and called again and again and again i dnt knw how many time i called but more then 5, finally someone answered but it was not actually someone from that location i asked if i could get som tires 19.5 mounted on my rv can i schedule an appointment. I was told that there should not be a problem with that just go in and they can take me as a walk in. I had called from about 11am to about 3 pm.
