Everyone at Quick Lane is friendly. They always show us the part that needs to be replaced and get our okay before replace it. They answer any questions we may have. They treat us like family and have actually done little, minor repairs for us without charge.
To get into your car to run an errand and the car won't start is truly an unexpected experience. A call to Quick Lane brought two technicians to my home to quick start my car. They took my car back to the shop to give it a once over to see if all is working properly. Ben, the manager, drove my car back to my home.
