I’d rate 0 if I could. Came in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. They refused to do it because of a control arm. They parked car in front of the bay and insisted that I had to move it mind you they still had the keys and it was still jacked up with a flat tire. Won’t hold accountability for anything they did wrong. Buyers beware and go else where.
I was traveling alone several weekends ago and picked up something in my tire. The staff here checked it out and found it hadn’t punctured the tire. They wouldn’t let me pay, saying it just took them a minute and there was nothing wrong, sent me on my way with good wishes for my travel. It was so good to have peace of mind as I continued on my trip. They were so friendly and reassuring about the whole thing!
