Rachel Haggard will forever be my go-to salesperson!! I tell her my must haves (leather heated seats/black in color/third row) and she sends me my options and seals the deal every time with ease!! Currently in a 2024 Explorer and I love it!! She always goes the extra mile if I'm not able to make it to Jackson when my vehicle needs maintenance she will offer to take it for me.. We had an appointment for 3pm. We walked out at 530pm. Why have appointments, if you can keep them. This is not the first time this has happened. The service here is awful. No respect for.the customer and their time. Never had such awful customer service. I gave them a second chance and will not give them another.
