Just got new tires. They were on sale, so made an appointment. Dropped off my truck went to work, was called and told all was done. Ashley and the team there could not have been more professional and courteous. Highly recommended !
I cannot recommend Quick Lane in Jackson, TN enough! We were driving cross-country in our 1996 Ford F-250 Powerstroke XLT Diesel 7.3 (if you know, you know!) and started having some concerns along the way. Road tripping with a truck like this can be stressful when issues pop up, but the service manager, Ashley Ervin, was an absolute lifesaver. She went completely above and beyond for us. Dude in the service department has a major attitude problem… I had to drop off a “hand to me” order, where I was instructed to enter the service door. I walk in and and ask if the employee on my delivery slip is around; and dude looks at me crazy and then in a mean hateful tone says “if he is he will be down there somewhere” bro idk why you’re giving me attitude, I’m just trying to do my job man
If I could give 0 star rating I would. They have absolutely refused to cover my extended warranty plan on a motor. Vehicle went in for a coolant leak and now needs a motor. Bought the used vehicle from them last winter so didn't even have it for 8 months. They lucky they aren't getting slapped with a lawsuit. If I had the money for one they would be. Now im stuck making a payment on a vehicle i cant even drive. Vehicle still has low miles on it.
