If I could give 0 star rating I would. They have absolutely refused to cover my extended warranty plan on a motor. Vehicle went in for a coolant leak and now needs a motor. Bought the used vehicle from them last winter so didn't even have it for 8 months. They lucky they aren't getting slapped with a lawsuit. If I had the money for one they would be. Now im stuck making a payment on a vehicle i cant even drive. Vehicle still has low miles on it.
Ashley in the service center was super helpful and nice. The cost for 4 new tires to be installed and service was reasonably priced. I had no appointment and was a walk in. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Definitely will be a returning customer.
Rachel Haggard will forever be my go-to salesperson!! I tell her my must haves (leather heated seats/black in color/third row) and she sends me my options and seals the deal every time with ease!! Currently in a 2024 Explorer and I love it!! She always goes the extra mile if I'm not able to make it to Jackson when my vehicle needs maintenance she will offer to take it for me.. Thank you Rachel!!
