I have been to quick Lane for oil changes several times. Custom service always helpful. I went today for a nail in my tire which was first tread in. I was advised they could not patch because it was to close to wall of tire. My car only has 27900 miles. A new tire would cost 265.00 after installation 327.30. paperwork states they price match GUARANTEED! I checked Walmart and same tire is 219.00 before installation cost, when I told Mgr, I was informed they do not price match Walmart because Walmart has agreement with the mfg... read more
Ive been to the quicklane on a number of occasions. I had a great experience. Jon was incredibly helpful and they worked with me to explain the brake issues with my F150. I was really impressed with the entire experience. Great to have a place for service in Kingsland that makes me feel welcomed.
Quick service. Great customer service. Nice waiting room and clean restrooms. Very satisfied with the service.
