On 6/25/26, I had a once in the lifetime experience, when my lug nuts blew off my tire, due to not being tightened properly by Toyota, while I was driving on 95, going 70mph. Fortunately I was able to safely get truck truck off the side of the road. I was able to get the spare put on, and get to Quick Lane Tire and Auto. Joseph Keene was able to assist me in getting new lug nuts, but also help fix the tire spacer I had on my truck. Went for oil change. Every time I go they say I need "something" done and the quote be wayyyyy too high! I go down the street and get the repair for half the price.
Quick service. Great customer service. Nice waiting room and clean restrooms. Very satisfied with the service. The manager and advisor were very nice. They definitely helped me figure out what needed to be replaced and the mechanic was quick and very knowledgeable. I believe his name was Joe. I will only come here to get my vehicles worked on.
I’ve been going to this place since i was 16, 3 cars have been serviced here… I went in for an oil change and asked for everything to be checked up on as it was a new to me car and i wanted to make sure everything was okay. Was told i needed rear rotars and break pads. I felt strange about it as the person who owned the car kept up with it very well and had no issues. Decided to get a second opinion, turns out there’s not a single thing wrong with my rotars! I will give them that my pads needed to be changed however changing... read more
