The employees were very nice and helpful and my vehicle was in and out fairly quickly, the prices are comparable to other places like it.
So I’ve been here 10+ times with everything from break pads to oil changes it’s the only place I go. Not after today. My wife had an issue with her Tahoe yesterday and went to get an oil change. Not only did they up sale her on something she didn’t need but also told her that the issue she was having with it having trouble starting was nothing. The people in this shop are salesmen’s with a mechanic license. I came into the shop for them to look at my Brakes. They came back with a quote of 1500 for all for hub and the cv axles to get fix. I decline the extra and just wanted the cv axles fix. I came in later to get the cv axles fix Saturday morning. They text me later to tell me it was the BRAKES the original item I wanted them to look at. But they informed me the original tech was fire after the original quote I got.
