I need an appointment in quick lane, it's stupid, I'll never come here again. There is no other quick lane appointment, that’s weird
Two oil changes in a row where I asked for my tires to be rotated and they were not. I caught it this time and they had no explanation, but did offer to "take care of it" before I left. Careful with this place if you pay for service. If they are willing to not do simple things to save time, no telling what else they will do.
Took my truck for a wheel alignment,, they tried to scam me by charging me for something they didn't do, after I caught the guy lying to me he admitted that no work was done on my truck ,,, asked for a refund
