Uodate: 10 months later. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT have them do anything other than an oil change. They're incompetent and untrustworthy. They did not properly reinstall the lower engine cover, so it came flapping off on the highway. 10 months earlier: The battery they just installed Tuesday died and left me stranded in the middle of the road. They didn't properly ground it.
Took my car in for an oil change and they never mentioned the cabin filter needing changed. This caused it to crumble and damage the parts to my ac. Will not return.
For them being called quick lane there is sure nothing quick about them. I went in for an oil change- tire rotation they said it would take a hour to two hours to which is fine. But I ended up being there close to three hours sounds like to me they need some better technicians in the back that know what time management is and another thing 75 dollars for a cabin air filter is absolutely asinine.
