Arrived at 0650 doors opened at 0658. I was greeted by Krystal Rodriguez. She was very helpful with my warrant oil change. She also offered me a cup of coffee. My oil change and tire rotation was completed by 0750 and I was out the door. This is the only place I will use in the future!!! Great job!!!
Every single time we go to get our oil changed, the protective plastic covering on the bottom of the vehicle is rather hanging half way off when we go to pick it up, or straight up falls off half way home. The worst part is that we are never told that it is even detached from the bottom of the vehicle, which is something that could easily be told to us when we go & pick it up. No “needs a new xxx to hold it up” or “hey by the way the plastic isn’t being held up” … this is NEVER a problem when we get the oil changed at SAMES ... read more
