Love this place. To be honest, I find some of the negative reviews here shocking. Mr. Anthony, the service manager, has covered their work to the fullest extent if they, or ford, is at fault for any issues.
Got my wifes oil changed about a week or two ago and they did not tighten the drain plug properly so oil was leaking. Only realized that it wasn't tightened due to oil leak stain in my garage. Mistakes happen but this could have been bad if my wife qas driving and all the oil came out while driving. Will not be coming back for any type of service.
Visiting Texas and did an oil change at this location for them to NOT put my undercarriage shield back under my mustang and to tell me it was never there. Drove through the night and everywhere on car dirty but the oil pan area.
