Super slow service. Went in for an oil change and balance of tires and new windshield wipers took well over 2 hours. Numerous people came in waited and had service done before mine was completed.
I got my oil change 2 days ago, only to discover that my oil cap was never put back on. Oil was spilled all over my engine, thank god my engine has not run hot. I am waiting to speak with a manager. I am very disappointed that they would miss the small details, like putting the oil cap back on.
Quick Lane is part of the Ford family. They service all kinds of vehicles. They Service is generally very quick for routine maintenance. Check them out. The one in Spring, TX is open on Sunday. I'm not sure about the other locations.
