Went in for my first oil change and tyre rotation for my Mazda . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Dealt with Nathan and Cory at the front desk - both very pleasant guys . Nice waiting area - clean with lots of places to sit down . Free coffee too . Lots of people waiting for their vehicles . This place seems popular and very busy - could probably do with bigger premises and more staff to cut down on the wait time. But they did the best they could for their customers . We’ve been coming here for awhile now, possibly 3-4 years and I absolutely have no complaints, they’ve performed oil changes on all our vehicles we’ve had over the years from chargers, Durango’s, suburban, 4 runner, and they’ve always been efficient and dialed in. Nathen/Corey are always extremely polite they know me and wife and soon as we walk in and always greet us professionally, and we appreciate the amazing customer service… it’s last of a dying generation. This was my first experience with Mazda service and in a nutshell, the process was a breeze and the service was great. I recently bought a new CX50 and a few miles after driving it off the lot, to my dismay, it started making a grinding noise in the front axle.
