They blew me off 2 years ago they had me come in first thing in the morning and after 2 1/2 hours I hadn't started working on my car. The best thing about this location is the comfortable waiting room and you can stand outside the bays and pretty much watch them do routine services. At most dealerships you can't see what they're doing to your car you don't know if they're changing the oil filter or not. If I was to buy a nuke Ford I would continue to use this location
Location of the Ford dealership/auto-shop in the auto plaza was not very easy to find. But pretty easy to gain help from the diagnostic team. Help that was asked for was given easily. Prices of the maintenance’s were not very good, Including other thing’s that we had no idea how it was done.
Understanding how to replace fuel and air filters, bleed air from the fuel system, and manage fuel consumption safely.
Truck serviced. Exceptional, prompt, efficient, professional men. Answering all questions. BRAVO!!
