On October 28th I dropped my 2017 Honda Pilot. We had some issues with communication between the insurance company and Bowditch which extended the time at the shop. On Thursday November 14th my wife picked up the vehicle and did not take a good look at the work. I inspected the vehicle as soon as she got home. I used to take my vehicle's for service there all the time, 3 years, since I moved here. but starting last year it seems like they are gouging people. took my vehicle in for inspection, Saud I needed new wipers. I had just put brand new wipers a month earlier. said they were frayed. could not see any fraying. asked where, could not answer. just said you need them, or will not pass inspection. son took his car in for service, said $300. took it elsewhere, $90. Stopped in for an unscheduled motorcycle inspection and the pulled me right in. Best of all they would not let me pay for it. Amazed, I said thank you and enjoyed my Saturday in the wind. What a pleasant surprise.
