Really unfortunate that I have to post this review. Ask me to leave this review 4 years ago? 5 stars. Now? Lucky to have 2. We go in there describing the issue of the car blowing hot air when idle for more than 10 seconds. Also showed them a VIDEO of the radiator fan in the front rattling and shaking. We leave it with them and they "can't replicate the issue." A week later of leaving it with them (thank God I don't depend on it for work), they say the Freon is low and fix that for a hefty price, 2 days later they say it's th... read more
Great service. The staff is very customer-oriented. I started using Quick Lane for the first oil change for my 2016 Ford Focus. When I purchased the car, it had 10 miles on the odometer. The mileage at this oil change is 120,000 miles plus. I highly recommend Quick Lane. 👍👍
Luke the Service Advisor at Quick Lane Madison is always courteous and keeps you up to date on the status of your vehicle. I will not deal with anyone else.
1 Dec 2024 update: As I promised, QuickLane Tire & Auto Center are my new Tire peeps! Today they picked up my car from my home while I was at work, and put 4 brand new tires on my Tesla Model S, then returned my car to my driveway… I couldn’t be happier!
