Great service. The staff is very customer-oriented. I started using Quick Lane for the first oil change for my 2016 Ford Focus. When I purchased the car, it had 10 miles on the odometer. The mileage at this oil change is 120,000 miles plus. I highly recommend Quick Lane. 👍👍
Luke the Service Advisor at Quick Lane Madison is always courteous and keeps you up to date on the status of your vehicle. I will not deal with anyone else.
1 Dec 2024 update: As I promised, QuickLane Tire & Auto Center are my new Tire peeps! Today they picked up my car from my home while I was at work, and put 4 brand new tires on my Tesla Model S, then returned my car to my driveway… I couldn’t be happier! It was 7:15 AM, I was on my way to work when my Tesla Model S rear tire ran over and was punctured by the steel part of a screwdriver/hex key tool. My tire started losing pressure quickly as I continue slowly down the road… I looked to my left and saw QuickLane Tire and Auto center and pulled in.
