Unfortunately, they will lie to make more money. My initial experience with this auto body shop was very nice, they were very kind and I appreciated that their diagnostic work is free. I didn’t realize that they might make up for that in other areas where they might charge you. I took my car here 5 separate occasions. The third time I had them put new tires on my car and I got sensor error message after the fact. Jama is very friendly and helpful.
The tech that was working on my truck was not happy. He had to rotate the tires on my f350 drw, that ment he had to dismount 4 tires and remount. The landy at the counter wrote down what I wanted done. She was very nice by the way. But the tech was really pissed off, throughing my tires as he took them off the rims.
We have had our cars serviced there for a number of years. They do the work within the time frame indicated. Prices are competitive. I have never felt like they have sold me I didn't need.
