Our service consultant, Austin P., was outstanding. He was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. He kept us updated with friendly texts, was attentive to every detail, and made us feel like family. Great service!
Gave it another try and still horrible. Don’t want to give up my 3 Ford vehicles but that’s def an option now. Service here went to crap. Advisor is attending you and answers the call for a long conversation for another potential customer. The issue was that he was hurrying me right after the call. I need my time too man. Told the guy I needed tires, didn’t even jump in the offer lol. Asked a question and rushed it right off. Mike, you can do better!
Took my Mini Cooper in for an oil change and to take a look at what could be causing my oil to leak. Makayla and the Manager were super transparent with me and showed me what the issue was, both of them were super nice and communicative through the whole service. Thank you!
Service representative was customer service friendly, and the drive up representative was very courteous.
