Front desk is great. But an oil change and tire rotation that took over 2 hours is insane. And i had a similar experience months ago for my previous oil change so its not a 1 time thing
Service here went to crap. Advisor is attending you and answers the call for a long conversation for another potential customer. The issue was that he was hurrying me right after the call. I need my time too man. Told the guy I needed tires, didn’t even jump in the offer lol. Asked a question and rushed it right off. Mike, you can do better!
I brought my wife's Ford Bronco Sport to get a oil change and multi point inspection. They were reasonably priced and the wait was not horrible given how many people were there at the time. The associate who helped me was kind and detailed in explaining to me/showing me what my vehicle needed after the inspection. I really appreciated that being that I'm more of a visual person. Two and a half hours to do an oil change, and that was with an appointment. Also Mike at the front counter is not the most friendly customer service representative. I don’t usually take my vehicles in for service because i do myself, but would definitely not bring here to pay them to do service. Only reason i took in because it was included with the purchase of my truck. By the way , the sales side of rodeo ford has been great to us .
