Drove over an hour yesterday arrived at quicklaneat 510pm for pil change. advertised closing is 530 but was told by Steve service advisor that they couldn't take me in because they were closing in 10 minutes or so. I bought my car from Coconut point Ford and have been loyal to them all along and told him that but he didn't really care he was more interested in getting done at 5:30. I had a battery issue on my truck on Saturday morning on 3/8:25 and went to Coconut Point Ford Quick Lane and Service Advisor Jorge Martinez quickly had a technician check my battery and decided it needed to be replaced and I was done with a new battery within one hour. Excellent Service and I like to thank Service Advisor and the Technician for getting my truck back on the road quickly.
I've been going to the quick lane in Estero for 8 years and service has been great every time I go. Good service I recommend 100%
