I called to see what they charge for an oil change for a 2023 Yukon Denali and was told to call a GMC dealer. What the heck?
I came in with a flat tire and the tire machine was down. The Service Supervisor Steve Larame went above and beyond to help and got a loaner car for me and ordered a new tire less than 5 minutes. I was able to pick up my daughter on time and the next day my car was ready. Thank you for taking care of me and getting me back on the road!
Always the best service. Never too long of a wait, and never a single issue out of the 10-15 times I’ve been there. I have also seen some completely irate people waiting, and the staff is always extremely professional at handling everything.
Drove over an hour yesterday arrived at quicklaneat 510pm for pil change. advertised closing is 530 but was told by Steve service advisor that they couldn't take me in because they were closing in 10 minutes or so. I bought my car from Coconut point Ford and have been loyal to them all along and told him that but he didn't really care he was more interested in getting done at 5:30.
