Worse place ever I’ve been trying to get a oil change for the last three days and it excuses I also sat up here for a hour before they open just tell me it appointment only on Saturday but my last oil change I got didn’t have to make an appointment it would of been nice to let me know something instead of having me just sit here for nothing to tell me he can’t get me in but their nobody here

I brought my vehicle in for maintenance, and they told me it would take about two hours to complete. They said they would call me when it was ready if I decided to leave it. After two hours, I tried calling multiple times to follow up, but no one answered or returned my voicemail. Since I couldn’t get a response, I went to the shop to check on my vehicle. Today, I went in for an oil change. After one hour of waiting, my suv was examined. I was recommended to replace the In-cabin AC filter. I agreed then, the employee said no need, you do not have one to replace. The manager told me the recommendation was based on miles driven. My problem is making a diagnosis of a $70 part without actually checking out the part itself. A diagnosis without having facts or evidence. Extremely poor service!!!
