I brought my vehicle in for maintenance, and they told me it would take about two hours to complete. They said they would call me when it was ready if I decided to leave it. Today, I went in for an oil change. After one hour of waiting, my suv was examined. I was recommended to replace the In-cabin AC filter. I agreed then, the employee said no need, you do not have one to replace. The manager told me the recommendation was based on miles driven. My problem is making a diagnosis of a $70 part without actually checking out the part itself. A diagnosis without having facts or evidence. Extremely poor service!!!
