Worst place ever. I’ve been trying to get a state inspection here for the last three days, but it’s been nothing but excuses. I even showed up an hour before they opened, only to be told it’s appointment-only on Saturdays an only for ( oil changes ) —something they don’t make clear up front. That feels like false advertising. Very disappointing experience.

First time at Quick Lane makes car service easy. Had an oil change and the staff Acey Booker and CJ explained everything clearly. No hidden fees or unnecessary upsells, just honest advice and great service. Because of them two, I will always recommend and the manger Acey and technician CJ were friendly. Worse place ever I’ve been trying to get a oil change for the last three days and it excuses I also sat up here for a hour before they open just tell me it appointment only on Saturday but my last oil change I got didn’t have to make an appointment it would of been nice to let me know something instead of having me just sit here for nothing to tell me he can’t get me in but their nobody here

I brought my vehicle in for maintenance, and they told me it would take about two hours to complete. They said they would call me when it was ready if I decided to leave it. After two hours, I tried calling multiple times to follow up, but no one answered or returned my voicemail. Since I couldn’t get a response, I went to the shop to check on my vehicle.
