Stopped at here on 8-31 to get tires rotated and balanced. The wait was about 90 min. With said I made an appointment for the following day at 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:55 and was told my truck was second to be pulled in. After an one hr and five min. wait, I noticed my truck was still sitting where I had parked it. I asked the service adviser why my truck hadn't been pulled in yet and was told they were waiting on a hoist. If I could post a zero I would I have never written a review before this would be my first but what a horrible experience they put the wrong tires on the front of my car and the back of my car after purchasing two new tires the car has two different sizes any mechanic should know this it's right on the inside of a door I will update my review when I find out what they do to fix this problem. These guys give small town care repair vibes without the big city price. Great lobby/amenities while you wait, they checked in with me every step of the way so I wasn't in the dark about my car repair. Quoted me an accurate price to get me on the road and also pointed out things that need to be fixed at some point. They didn't make me feel pressured to get the little things done but instead treated me like I was in charge of my repairs. Great place to deal with and I'd recommend to anyone.
