I enjoyed the service
I swear if Larry in parts isn’t the dmv sloth from zootopia … it shouldn’t take a half hour to switch out a battery in a key fob 🤦🏼♀️
New ownership, named Liberty Ford. When appointment made, could not find my records. Arrived before scheduled time, 0800. Check in ok. Instructed to wait for shuttle. Asked at 0900. Told, he'd be here but had full load. Just wait. At 1100, still no shuttle, no word from check in attendant. Very unsatisfactory and never my previous experience at Crown dealership nor any other Ford dealer. Wasted day.
The prices have Doubled in one year!!
