Top class customer service! I had recent warranty works done on my car then brought it in for a standard service. They quoted repeat works and when I clarified, they owned the mistake and went so far as to cover the service costs for me. They really impressed me by their dedication to customers and honesty.
Came here for an oil change and the customer service was 0/10. The guy was so cold, didn’t try to explain the pricing or process. Will not be returning back nor will I recommend this place to anyone
Very disappointed, I usually get good service here. I waited 40 minutes only to be told that their inspection machine was down. They didn't offer another appointment or a phone call to get me in at a later time...just "I don't know when the machine will be fixed." Oh well, Chevrolet is just down the road.
