I wish I could add extra stars for going above and beyond. As a disable veteran who has a difficult time just getting out-they provided exceptional valet service each time my car is serviced. Al, the service manager, Luis, the gentleman who handled my service each time-both responded very quickly to my request. The service was stellar, the works package each time and also a 20k mile checkup. The valets who picked up and delivered my car took great care, extremely courteous and professional. Great service and pricing…but appointments defeats the purpose of a quick lane.
Great service
Top class customer service! I had recent warranty works done on my car then brought it in for a standard service. They quoted repeat works and when I clarified, they owned the mistake and went so far as to cover the service costs for me. They really impressed me by their dedication to customers and honesty.
