Honest with their pricing. Advisor made a mistake and honored the pricing quoted over the phone.
I have brought my 2023 F-350 to this location for OIL change only, next 30 minutes after my truck was in the shop Louis Roundtree approached to me with a list of recommendations, wiper blades, cabin air filter, which i agree to both of the items, then whe stated that my tires need it to be rotated and then that my brake pads, recently installed, where installed wrong, at that moment I told Louis no to dismount my tires because they have warranty service with University Ford, besides, that i had a bent wheel and I was gonna t... read more
