Sherie Kutz Service Advisor is the best,!! Sherie gave us the best of care. She arranged a loaner vehicle for us when we needed help the most. We came on a visit from Ca. Our engine overheated and required the replacement. Our worst nightmare. Sherie managed the repair, kept us informed and simplified the process. She was/is a Godsend. This place is horrible.. I couldn't find the 0 stars button or I would have clicked it. They promised me 3 free oil changes on the car i bought in April that needed a new alternator 6 weeks later. I took my car in for the first free oil change and they told me they didn't see they owed me that in their system. Of course the sales manager that made my deal is no longer there because that place is horrible so they said they wouldn't honor their end of the deal.
