We just purchased a car from Anderson ford and I have to say Zack is a great guy. He has the best customer service and really goes out of his way to make the car buying experience not so stressful. Also want to say Courtney is awesome as well. Highly recommend this dealer ship.
Walked in worried about getting home with my kids not living in BHC and my vehicle had broke down. Walked out with a new Bronco and a very compassionate experience with the Salesman. Cameron was very supportive and spent time with my kids while I took care of things to be able to get home in a new car. I walked in panicking and walked out relieved.

Nick has always treated me right. My vehicle needed a critical repair caused by a previous dealership repair.
Everyone was polite enough, and I'm sure well meaning, but there did seem to be a missing and slow lack of communication. I didn't know from the get go just how long my vehicle would be tied up. I realize there are other channels and businesses to deal with, and there is only so much your people can do, but a quick phone call or short text/email to let me know there would be a little delay, would have been nice.
