My car required routine oil change. Anderson Ford (Nelson) makes this process seamless. My car was picked up from home and delivered back when service was complete. Thank you Anderson Ford.
The Service Advisor was extremely rude to me. I asked if when getting the oil changed, as well as other service checks that are part of the oil change, he would have the mechanic look at a problem that I was experiencing with the car: he said that it would cost $190.00 to look at the problem. He said an additional $190.00 would be charged to look at each and every vehicle issue that I might have. He said that a mechanic has to get paid for his work.
