Front desk is nice but car wasn't serviced properly. Disappointed
HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS FOR MAINTENANCE, ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WELL, ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB! HAD OUL CHANGE IN JUNE TOLD THEM THOUGHT MY VEHICLE WAS GETTING HOT, SAID THEY CHECKED COUL IT WAS OK, THEN THEY SAID PROBABLY DUE TO WEATHER. WELL IT REALLY GOT HOT ON ME, CALLED TO GET APPT. WAS TOLD THEY WERE COUPLE WEEKS BACKED UP, THEN TOLD THEM IT WAS GETTING HOT, AND NEEDED TO BE FIXED, I WAS TOLD PROBABLY COULDN'T FIND PARTS FOR THAT OLDER MODEL, BUT I CALLED ANOTHER PLACE SAME DAY & THE MAN FIXED IT NO PROBLEM GETTING ... read more
