My Ford app reminded me to get my oil change and ALSO confirmed I was still within my service contract period (offering pickup, etc.) I used the app to schedule my appointment and tire rotation-but 10 minutes after I dropped it off, I received a call telling me my plan expired 5 days before my appointment, so they "have to" charge me full price. Pulled in and was ignored by 4 people. Finally,after talking personally with another I’m graced with can I help you? How long for an oil change? I ask. After talking with someone else I’m told 3 to four hours. What is the ‘Quick’ stand for in your name? Must be French for rude and slow service

Only come here, to buy a car nothing more. They claim to have the cheapest oil change in town, and it is the exact opposite. They try to justify the outlandish pricing ,with the oil being synthetic. I am not sorry, but $90 is not a decent price. Especially, when you can go across the street to Walmart and get an "synthetic oil" oil change for $30-40 cheaper. That is what i think, about their quick lane oil change which isn't quick.

2010 for a tire rotation and oil change. They were friendly and did it fairly quickly.
