The staff is always friendly, and the service is top-notch! I never take my vehicle anywhere else for service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Ford service department. I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire and a donut installed because my tires are still under their 36-month warranty (this occurred during month 33). I expected the tire to be inspected and, if eligible, repaired or replaced under the warranty. Instead, my child and I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Good shop. Appreciated that they send you a video from underneath your vehicle and were knowledgeable about services.
