Putting the steal in "stealership" Brought my 3 year old Hyundai in for an oil change and state inpection. I was lied to on the inspection they said my rear brake pads were worn to 1mm and recommended over $1400 of repairs. I had just checked the brakes 2 weeks prior and they were over 4mm. TLDR: Do not take your car to Rowe Westbrook. Rowe inspected my car and told me that I needed $6,000 worth of work done. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they got my car repaired and stickered for only $200. I brought my car to Rowe (Quick Lanes) for inspection on June 25th last year, and received a quote for $2,000 worth of needed repairs. Time after time Jeremy and the other employees have taken such amazing care of my wife and I. They always go above and beyond to go out of their way to make sure that we get the most efficient and effective service as possible! Have nothing but amazing things to say about our experiences!
Went in for a simple oil change, had an appointment but still was a 2 hour wait for them to return my car and they did a tire rotation I specifically asked not to be done on tires less than a month old when I tried to get a refund or credit they kept hanging up on me until they closed for the day. Don't worry if you get hungry they have expired overpriced candy for you in the waiting room. I bought my car from rowe and will never bring it back.
