Time after time Jeremy and the other employees have taken such amazing care of my wife and I. They always go above and beyond to go out of their way to make sure that we get the most efficient and effective service as possible! Have nothing but amazing things to say about our experiences!
Went in for a simple oil change, had an appointment but still was a 2 hour wait for them to return my car and they did a tire rotation I specifically asked not to be done on tires less than a month old when I tried to get a refund or credit they kept hanging up on me until they closed for the day. Don't worry if you get hungry they have expired overpriced candy for you in the waiting room. I bought my car from rowe and will never bring it back.
I made a last minute appointment. They said it might take up to 2 hours. My truck was finished and I was on the road less than a half hour later.
