I scheduled a tire rotation it’s been almost two hours and they have not taken my car. I find the warranty and coverage confusing
Putting the steal in "stealership" Brought my 3 year old Hyundai in for an oil change and state inpection. I was lied to on the inspection they said my rear brake pads were worn to 1mm and recommended over $1400 of repairs. I had just checked the brakes 2 weeks prior and they were over 4mm. TLDR: Do not take your car to Rowe Westbrook. Rowe inspected my car and told me that I needed $6,000 worth of work done. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they got my car repaired and stickered for only $200. I brought my car to Rowe (Quick Lanes) for inspection on June 25th last year, and received a quote for $2,000 worth of needed repairs.
