11/3/2025.routine items done included tire rotation and oil change…also scheduled left shock absorber change and added state sticker inspection to keep oil changes and inspections at same time. Arrived early..greeted and reviewed what would be done with expected timeframe of 2-3 hrs. Everything was done well within 2 hours. Services reviewed after completed with payment within expected estimate. Good to go for a while. Very comfortable waiting area…good work!
I scheduled a tire rotation it’s been almost two hours and they have not taken my car. I find the warranty and coverage confusing
Putting the steal in "stealership" Brought my 3 year old Hyundai in for an oil change and state inpection. I was lied to on the inspection they said my rear brake pads were worn to 1mm and recommended over $1400 of repairs. I had just checked the brakes 2 weeks prior and they were over 4mm. When I called them on it they changed the reason for it failing to the rotors. After I fixed the supposed issue and brought it back for a re-inspection they refused to pass it.
