My experience with Pundmann Ford service center and Ford customer service in general I purchased a new 2023 bronco sport my third new vehicle purchased from Ford at 41,000 miles. Bought a car from Pundman and a year later they no longer work on Jeeps. Their lifetime warranty is a joke and not one single person I have talked with has been helpful. I paid 40k for a car a year and a half ago and already have had to drop over 3k on repairs that, weren't of course, under warranty. Not even a loaner car has been offered. So disapponted. Buying a car is a big purchase and this was the worst experience I have had.
I worked with Jeff and Michael over at the used car lot side of things. The deal went extremely smooth and they both were amazing to work with. We were in and out in a breeze. No hassles and no issues. I highly recommend this company if you’re in the market!
