Kevin was amazing! I buy multiple cars per year. Wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t push any vehicles on me. The truckload I test drove unfortunately had problems which sucks, but Kevin was understanding we couldn’t come to a deal but he was helpful the whole time. Wish we had more Kevin’s in the automotive industry.
Update: 1 year old vehicle with battery issues, leaving me stranded. Pundmann Ford states they can't do anything about it and that the battery tests "good.'" This is false. I have confirmed reduced battery functionality with a battery charger and a multimeter. After the initial slow charge at 2A rate, the charger and meter showed 12.31 volts at rest being fully charged. Pundmann Ford’s Service Department is the best! The customer service I received from Rich, Shawn and Ryan was excellent!
Elliot Starr made this a pleasurable experience and being that it was my first "new" vehicle I feared I'd have buyers remorse shortly after this big commitment. I have no doubts I made the right call and would leverage Elliot/Pundmann Ford in the future!
