Pudmann Ford mobile mechanic arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, did his work and was gone in 20-25 minutes. I highly recommend the Mobile Mechanic.
They need to retrain on how todo an oil change. Bout a used truck and the drain plug I had to beat it loose with a hammer and the oil filter is so tight my filter wrench ripped it apart. Unacceptable to be spending money on a vehicle with incompetent mechanics who can’t do the basics.

I was contacted by Pudman Ford. They said that nothing is wrong with my backup camera. Since I was still very unhappy they will give me one hour of service time free to track the problem. My camera does not work after driving it for awhile and putting it in reverse from drive. Works fine going from park to reverse. Hopefully they will be able to pinpoint the problem. Thank you Pudman Ford!
