LB Smith's Quick Lane is awesome. Jared is great and I appreciate all that he did to make things happen to ensure my F150 was fixed correctly. I recently had a tire pressure sensor go out so I showed up bright and early as a walk-in. Chris and his team of superb techs got me in right away and got the issue fixed. If I could give more than 5-stars I would. Thank you Jared, Chris and the whole LB Smith Quick Lane team!
This center is one of the best around. There's always a staff member to help you. There's complimentary refreshments with a nice and transparent waiting area. I pulled in the other day on a flat tire hoping I'd make it here. While they couldn't fix the flat, they still found the best price for a tire. I also pulled in with two kids and the staff immediately had ready to go busy kid kits. The manager even had the idea to let my kids play with a display tire. Why would five stars be appropriate? These guys are dedicated with commitment on providing excellent service, on your vehicle. The manager, Jared has something to prove on being the best… and so far he’s Top in this areas. He’s one stand up person that backs his work. Only one word to describe him, would be (TRUST) QuickLane…. a lane you can TRUST!
Love this place! They have a shuttle, free cash wash, good prices, friendly people, and their popcorn is amazing! I should have listed that first!
They’re great. Took the time to explain things. Waiting room is clean. Free muffins, clean restroom (nicer than mine at home). They treated everyone well. Quick service.
