Best place to take your vehicle for maintenance in Maryland!! This Al Packer Quick Lane Center is the best, I have been taking my personal vehicle and work vehicles there for years and the service is top notch. This place is a joke. Everytime I come here there is always something. The first time I had an appointment at 9 am, they was shorthanded but my truck would be done my 11am. I get my track at 2pm. I took my wife's car here for an oil change, they misplace bolts for a plate. What do I get when I take the car back, " you can pay for the bolts that will be in a week later or we can remove the plate". Today I had an appointment for 10 am I get there.
