I have been going to the Harrison Quick Lane for several years. The management (Jeremy) and the grew he has working for him are awesome. I have never had an issue with those working in the front or back side. They are always punctual with the time they gave me for oil and tire rotation. For the gentleman who wrote the poor review that is unfortunate and an issue I never experienced. Use them for my fleet and personal vehicles. Excellent customer service both advisors are very friendly and super helpful. The manager has a tenacious attitude to get the job done, done right and for the right price! Love the can do attitude. Would recommend them to anyone!
I purchased tires and got an oil change. They always treat me right and are up front and honest about pricing. Not hidden fees.
Sharing only the facts.. called ahead for an appointment. It took over an hour to change the oil on new (6400 mile) truck. Apparently they use common core math because the window sticker says I need another oil change in 100 miles. No ownership of the issue just excuses. Just poor service any way you slice it… well here’s an update for ya… my son needed 2 headlights and an oil change in 2013 Fusion… total hack job… installed 2 headlights simultaneously screwed up the air temperature sensor and the hood ajar light now stays o... read more
