This is the way auto service should be, I don't dread getting my vehicle maintenance taken care of because they make it so easy here. I schedule the service online and they're ready when I show up. They offer recommendations without being pushy, are up front on pricing and a few times have even performed small recall fixes while my truck has been there for maintenance work. This was my first visit to this location. I booked an online appointment for an oil change on the same day during my lunch break. Krystal Clark, the service advisor, greeted me upon arrival. Since it was my first time there, she gathered some information and took my keys. Fortunately, my vehicle did not have any issues.
