Was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and battled low tire pressure my whole trip from Oklahoma. Beth answered the phone cheerfully and ready to help! She got me an early morning appointment the day before a holiday and kept me informed as to the problems found. Comfortable waiting area with free donuts provided! Definitely will recommend to my family living in Boone!!

Just an oil change was quoted more than "The works" with tire rotation. At around 90+ with tax, that's crazy. It used to be reasonable here, I guess there's a reason an oil change and price are not shown on their prices. Doesn't seem like honest business practices, and there are enough other places around.
