Fast and reasonably priced..
The glovebox in our Explorer had fallen off-again-after being “fixed” several times previously. We had the good fortune to have Raul help us. He personally worked on the glovebox, explained the problem, and reattached it properly. He also ran a battery check for us and gave us the print out. Raul was patient and knowledgeable. Top rate technician and employee. Ask for Raul; he’ll get it done right!!
Super slow service. Went in for an oil change and balance of tires and new windshield wipers took well over 2 hours. Numerous people came in waited and had service done before mine was completed.
I got my oil change 2 days ago, only to discover that my oil cap was never put back on. Oil was spilled all over my engine, thank god my engine has not run hot. I am waiting to speak with a manager. I am very disappointed that they would miss the small details, like putting the oil cap back on.
