We were seen right away and they stuck to our appointment time. Our vehicle was ready when promised. Huge difference from my last service.
Needless to say I took my truck in to replace the catalytic converter after being stolen. They had all my insurance information in order to get the claim started and sat on the paperwork for a week before I finally figured out why it was taking them so long to get my truck finished then the nightmares started, I'll leave it at that I would not recommend them every time I've had my truck serviced buy them there was always a problem took them 3 or 4 days to get
After the obligatory argument about honoring their advertised specials, things went well. Did excellent work and brought me a clean truck... Thanx!
Horrible service and work quality. Background: I have a work van that broke down and was towed here for service on Wednesday 8/4. We are suspecting it was bad fuel pump from 6 months ago when I had warranty work done on the fuel tank.
