Took a car there for an AC charge, but it wouldn’t blow cold air. The manager spent time with the vehicle to figure out the issue (turned out to be a faulty brand new part) and was great about communicating along the way. Worked with us in terms of pricing and even found me a loaner on short notice while they investigated. Happy to say we got the problem fixed and they were able to charge the AC. Overall it was good, needed tires, walked in expecting to make appointment. To my suprise they were able to do the work on the spot. I was there about an hour for tires and alignment. Based on service it would be 5 star. My gripe comes with paying. I go up to pay and it's $1030, the man at the counter asks if I have cash or check instead and informs me it's a 3% processing fee. So instead it's $1060 on a card... it's 2024 nobody is carrying over a thousand in cash and nobody uses checks anymore. Build the 3% into your price ... read more
