My boyfriend was in there today for an aliment. He waited over an hour for them to say that he has “loose ball joint”. And on top of that tried to get him to buy a ball joint. My boyfriend said no because he knew there was nothing wrong with it because all the ball joints just got replaced not to long ago which were replaced by a 24 plus year mechanic. Customer service is great the more you go in the more they now your vehicle it is more than just an oil change they check your battery,filters,all your fluids, rotate tires talk to you and explain why you should change a filter and shows you what filter looks like..on top of all that you get great service and get dicounts money saving coupons every time you get oil change..I've saved over 50 dollars already in one year including a free oil change.
