Disappointed in the customer service been a long time customer and went in to see if they could do a flat repair on a loose tire and was turned away, it was 3:15 on a Saturday all 4 bays were empty with no vehicles outside waiting and i was told “oh i could if we weren’t flat out it is winter tire season you know im booking into the 10th” i was there on the 1st i honestly thought he was messing with me but to my surprise he was not. Helped me out in a pinch on my travels through town. They didn’t have time for the full repair but helped me diagnose the issue and recommended some reputable shops nearby. Great folks.
I encountered a slow leak and called before heading there and they said they didn't have time time to fit me in due to it being close to closing and technicians where busy. Then they called me back within 5 mins and if i'm there in 10 mins they could fix it. They showed me where the leak was and said it was less the 50% chance if they patched it there it would blow out again and i purchased a new tire and they installed in on really short notice. Wasn't told to bring my car back after getting my tires replaced, I had to get it done in Calgary and they said they weren't done correctly. 2023 I was charged $500 to see of there was a issue with my car. I was told I needed a repair which would be 3k ....Mady said I should sell my car I relied with I can a car in better shape for 3k .
