Quick, professional, helpful and good communication
Welcomed immediately and walked over to our service advisor, Tate. She was knowledgeable and very nice. The service waiting area is comfortable, as well and the wait time was reasonable. Cannot wait patiently enough, however, for the part to fix my back up camera BUT the team was amazing! Thank you Bergstrom for your service post purchasing a vehicle.
Made an appointment using my chevy app, very easy, checked in on time, everything went well. I was well informed about what was gonna happen. And how long it was gonna take. My truck was done and ready before estimated time and everything was good. Ill be back definitely
