Thank you Richard and quicklane and getting me a new tire and sensor right away and me back on the road at Morris Smith Ford and sending the courtesy vehicle with the young man he was very polite and made the ride a pleasure!

Since Morris-Smith took over from Zeck, a simple oil change and tire rotation went from $74 to $100+(I was told it is $117 for my f150 👎). I won’t be returning. Service was fine, but I know for a fact they are getting blowback for the crazy price hike.
