This review isn't for the mcgovern ford is for the quick line department. 1 didn't rotated the tires, 2 left my white clean paint ,grill and engine compartment full of oil and leaking oil on the floor when I got home. 3 the lady working there was rude and unprofessional.
I can’t thank Krista and the team at Quick Lane enough. On my way to work, my car suddenly shaking violently and I heard two loud metal snapping sounds as I was getting on Route 1 South. I pulled in, and even though they were extremely busy-and my car isn’t even a Ford-they took the time to inspect it. Krista called later that afternoon with a thorough explanation of what they found (it was a long list) and recommended I take it to my brand’s dealership.
