Took my truck because it had an oil leak after hitting something on the road. It took them 1 week to put it in the lift, they took another week trying to find the leak, they took another week trying to convince my insurance to cover an oil pan replacement because it had a “hair line crack” but no leak. They were going to charge over 3k in labor to replace an oil pan that had NO OIL LEAK. The oil leak was my only concern to begin with.
