I normally deal with a different guy at West Herr and I always have a wonderful experience, this time communication wasn’t as great, I didn’t know if my car was going to be returned or I had to pick it up. I didn’t get any text. I didn’t love that
Got inspection on last minute notice, through fast lane service. Bill was very helpful and friendly. Done in less time than anticipated.
Update: had a recalled part fixed and they made it incredibly easy. Picked it up and dropped it off, took care of a couple other issues that arose, gave me quotes but no pressure on some optional services... Really a great team. They always do a great job on my car, and they have a pretty wonderful price match (plus completive pricing to begin with).
