Best dealership ever! Pickup up my car on time. Did all the repairs. Total communication. Gail In service is exceptional! Honestly never dealt with someone more helpful at any dealership like her. Had an issue getting a key fob at another Ford dealership & had waited 3 months. She got it for me in a week. Valet my Explorer to program it & got my cars oil change & fluids done & a recall I had all at the same time. Then had my vehicle back to me at my work so I never had to get any rides Just AMAZING!!
Scott kept us informed on the progress being made with my car. Work done was excellent. I have used West Herr a few times and would suggest them to anyone. Customer service as always was fantastic!
Jamie is a wonderful sales person. She was honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable about everything. Answered all my questions.
