UNHAPPY. on Aug.5 it will be 1Year since I called about my recall notice on Ford Explorer. They gave me a appointment, removed the parts, and told me they can't go back on, and sent me on my way. Now no window trim for the past 50 weeks..when I call every month they say still no parts and no ETA... 7/29/2025... Since my last review west herr ford has recently resolved our issue. We are very Pleased with the end result.
