There was a misunderstanding regarding the charge I received for what was supposed to be free wiper blades along with my oil change. I left my concerns in their survey and the next day I was contacted and all was made right. It's great to see customer service like that.
I've been going here for the past four years and the service is quick and the people that work there have been polite. The prices have become out of hand. I was told I would receive free wiper blades with the purchase of The Works oil change, but when I received the bill it was only free labor for the wiper blades. It ended up being another 90 dollars added to a bill that is already over $100 for an oil change on a 3 cylinder car.
THEY DID A GREAT TIMELY JOB.
They were really nice people here and helpful
Been coming here for over 10 years and I have yet to be disappointed. Customer service treats everyone with respect and they keep it honest.
