Amazing service start to finish!
I had a great experience at this dealership! I worked with an amazing sales guy - Dan Happ - who I will always be going to from now on! He took his time to learn what I wanted and show me every possible option. He also took the time to run several different financing scenarios for me. At no time did he rush or push me, and was always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He made my experience at this dealership and I’m very happy driving my new car!
I purchased my Ford Explorer ST brand new from Van Bortel Ford, custom ordered from the factory — a vehicle that cost over $60,000. After just over three years and 50,000 miles, all of the door seams are rusting and the paint is bubbling.
