Worst experience I’ve had dealing with any type of business. My truck was at this dealer for 7 weeks for a transmission repair Got it back and went out a week later due to them leaving a wire loose After 5 days of the truck being at the dealer again I had to be the one to call to get an update to find out the truck is ready 10 minutes before they close without an update I come to get the truck Mynor which acts like the savior of the word bans me for taking out my frustration on how poorly this business is ran “We are like Pi... read more

I had a faulty cv axel on my Ford Maverick replaced here (common, well known issue covered by warranty) the cv axel was causing excessive vibration and caused excessive wear and tear on my tire, I asked them if they could replace the tire due to it being caused by a faulty part. The service manager sat me down and told me there was no way a faulty cv axel could do that and belittled me. After leaving I took my vehicle to a different shop which verified my claim.

Service had my husband's car for 4 days. Still isn't fixed. Had to wait about 30 minutes just to pick it up. THEN they killed the battery while "working" on it. He got an estimate on fixing a very simple thing and they told him it would be about $600 because they needed a kit. The kit costs $30. The labor would be less than an hour. Won't be going back there again. Lol, so 8 years later... Went to go BUY a car during their business hours and no one was there. Open til 8. We were there at 715. Guess we'll go somewhere else 🤷

⚠️ BEWARE ! Dishonest Business Practices, Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. I brought my truck in for a free safety recall , a service that should have cost me nothing , and was charged for labor anyway. That was nearly a year ago, and I still have not received a refund.
