Quicklane made an appt. Told 2 hr wait wirh an appt. Maybe they should not offer it as quicklane. The service dept is constantly rude and tone deaf in the way they talk to customers. I have Never felt a welcoming approach from Tuttle Click. Just their attitude like they are doing you a favor will keep me from purchasing a new truck from them. And I have purchased 5.

Great service! Service advisor Matt takes excellent care of me and all his customers. Always get a callback and appointments are on time. Couldn't be better.
I'm satisfied with the work done here but the scheduling leaves something to be desired. Don't use the online scheduling, they won't know you're coming when you get there. Pretty average service time management, it will take all day to get 4 hours of work done.
