Bob the service manager at Tropical Ford Quick Lane and his team are great! I have been there multiple times from your average oil change to brake issues to a loose flap under my car. Bob was so quick to help me and even brought me back to show me what was happening with my car on the lift. Everyone in the office is so helpful as well and I am so grateful for the whole crew at Quick Lane!
Worst experience ever, so slow .the girl in the reception looks like high mixed whole work order didn't even say sorry. Go somewhere else not worth the price
Arrive at 9am for just oil change, adviser not let me know exact waiting time! It not quick it slow line) It get done by 1pm I was late to my work! Management team need work on it to provide better service!
