Arturo and Derrell were an awesome help in the parts department. They were so knowledgeable and considerate. Thank you again for resolving my problem.
This dealership altogether is not very customer service oriented, unless you are keen on buying a car without negotiating. The parts department people are not very helpful, will make themselves look busy and cannot be bothered if they are so. Waited for over half an hour just to get anybody’s attention, meanwhile about 3 other parts person walked around me without even pricing I was at their front counter and could simply ask me anything.
Fernando was simply AWESOME!!! He may have saved me a bunch of money. I would go as far as to call him Fernando ANGEL. I appreciate superb customer service, especially because I am a women. Sometimes yall men think we don’t know nothin lol
This has to be one of the best service parts team from any dealership in the bay area.
It was my first time here but it is a great place with fantastic service thank you and I highly recommend it!
