Norman was kind, patient, and informed me of every step. I had an oil change but he recommended other things I needed done but didn’t pressure me even though I refused some due to price. He took the extra step to find out that some were actually covered by my extended warranty which I appreciated. He was very pleasant to work with, as well as the gentleman in auto body fixing the recall I had come in for originally.
The service department at Tasca Ford Berlin solved a problem I have been having with emissions on my Bronco sport since January. In less than 24 hours Norman, Jay and their service professionals listened to my issues and solved my problem. Extremely grateful and will be back to receive service I can trust!

I purchased a new Ford F150 for Tasca Ford in March of 2025. Dealing with Tasca a real pleasure. Their sales staff all seemed to have a no pressure approach. My salesman (Brian) was personable, had great communication skills, and kept me well informed throughout the process. The business manager helped get a good price by reminding me of my X-Plan eligibility. The product specialist did a great job of walking me through all the features of a modern vehicle. I would definitely recommend Tasca Ford as a place to do business.
