Service was excellent. My only complaint would be the price. After voicing my concern of the high price for an oil change,($244.00) they gave me a senior discount which helped. I will admit I have a Mustang so 6 qts of HP oil was needed.
Was greeted with Courtesy and professionalism. One of the individuals that wirked with me was a young lady named Destiny who took professionalism to its highest caliber.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Transmission needed to be replaced less than one oil change after buying our super duty. Was treated rudely when asked what can be done to make things right. Would 100% never buy another truck for the fleet or deal with them for service in the future. Will be recommending other dealerships when other contractors ask about where I bought my super duty
Tasca Ford Pro Service Center has it together. Clean, neat, waiting area. Advisors neatly uniformed, polite, welcoming, and professional. My service was performed in a timely manner. Completely satisfied!
