Our 2019 Expedition had a recall. I called Sunland Ford to see if they can fix the problem. They were very helpful and saw us right away. They told me to drop the Expedition off at 7 in the a.m. and they would call me when it was ready. We had plan for our truck to be there all day but they called us by late morning that our truck was ready to come back home. The people working that day were very friendly and professional.
