Such great service and GREAT people! I’ve dealt with Stivers and Quick Lane for several years and always leave feeling good about my experience. I recommend them highly.
Disappointed by online appointment software followed by service manager’s lack of empathy after I drove 60 miles for an alignment appointment made on their website. Manager blamed software but seemed fully aware of the issue and took no responsibility for communicating the software error despite having adequate time to do so. No offer to reschedule or compensate lost time and cost of the trip. I would discourage use of the website for scheduling.
